The drawing occurs once each month usually during the last week of the month. However, the drawing may occur at anytime during the month. We like to mix things up to keep them interesting.

Winners will be notified through our email newsletter that a winner has been selected. You must then go to this page (a quick link will be provided in the newsletter) to find your name in our winner’s list. You will have 120 days from the end of the month in which you’re a winner to notify us to accept your prize. We want someone to win, accept, and use the gift certificate!

1. Disclaimer. 2. Contest Period. The Contest commenced at 12:00 AM EST Jan 1, 2008, and shall continue until such time as the Sponsor sees fit to stop the contest.

3. Prizes. Every active subscriber on our mailing list gets “put into a hat.” We “shake up the hat”, draw a name, and that lucky person wins a $100 Gift Certificate! ( For those interested in technical details: Actually we use a random (not claimed to be scientifically perfect, just random) process to generate a number. We match that number to the numerical position in our list of active subscribers which is resorted into alphabetical order by email address for each drawing.)

All qualified winners will receive prizes as stated above. The Prizes in association with the winners’ names and optional photos will be displayed on the Yes It’s Organic website. Although we want to award the prize, if no one claims the prize, it may go unawarded. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied, (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
