At Yes It’s Organic, we want you to be totally satisfied. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, simply return the item for exchange or refund within 14 days. We must receive your return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. We hope you agree this gives you plenty of time to review your purchase.
Prior to an exchange or refund, we would like to know the reason so we can improve our service to you and everyone else. No quibbling here at Yes It’s Organic, we want satisfied customers.

1. You send the item back at your expense for exchange or refund. Once we receive the item we will send the exchange item that you request. We will pay the shipping costs for sending the exchange item within the 48 US contiguous states. Outside of these states we will offer a credit toward the exchange item shipping charges based on an equivalent amount within these states.
2. For a quick exchange of a like item, we send another product without shipping costs within the 48 US contiguous states. Outside of these states we will offer a credit toward the exchange item shipping charges based on an equivalent amount within these states. We charge you for the difference if the like item is higher priced. If the like item is lower priced than the original item then, after we receive the return, we’ll reimburse you of any differences. If we don’t receive your original item within 10 days, we will charge you any outstanding balance for the cost of both items.
PRIOR TO RETURNING ANY ITEMS - All Exchanges and Refunds MUST obtain from us a RA (Return Authorization) number and Return Shipping Address (which is different than our corporate office address). The RA number allows us to track and ensure efficient processing of your return. Here are the steps:
- Please use the Contact Us page to contact us so we can forward your request to the appropriate person to issue your RA. However, if you prefer, you may call us at 800-455-4508.
- Include all transaction information. If you saved an electronic copy of your receipt you can send that to us by copying it into the Contact form, copying it into an email, forwarding it to us as an email, or attaching it to an email.
- Include your name and phone number as well in case we need to call you.
- We will contact you with the RA number and the return address. We use different warehouses so not all returns go to the same address.
- Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance.
- You must write the RA number on the box. Be sure to include a note stating what the problem is and if you would like a refund or replacement.
CONDITION OF ITEMS - ALL Returns and Exchanges must be in Original Packaging and Unused, Unwashed, and Undamaged (no fragrance, odors, dirt, rips or tears, etc).
EXCEPTION TO RETURN POLICY - RETURNS NOT ACCEPTED - For hygiene reasons, all sales final on personal items such as lingerie and underwear (unless defective)., whether specifically identified as non-returnable on our web site or not. Federal law prohibits resale of used bedding, towels, personal items. These items are non-returnable. Special orders, for example where custom fabrics or colors are selected, “bulk” orders, and “large volume” orders, are non-returnable.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE - If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can exchange it for any other item that is the same or higher in price without paying a restocking fee. You will however be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective. We will pay the shipping costs for sending the exchange item within the 48 US contiguous states. Outside of these states we will offer a credit toward the exchange item shipping charges based on an equivalent amount within these states.
RETURNS FOR REFUND - Your purchase will be refunded to you upon the return of the product. The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund, less shipping and handling (unless the item is defective). Your credit will be issued in the same manner payment was made to Yes It’s Organic. Please allow 72 hours after our receipt of goods for credits to be issued. If credit is issued to a credit card, allow up to 72 hours additional for credits to show up in your account.
RETURNING A PURCHASED GIFT? - Include the purchaser’s name and address. You can return the item(s) for exchange(s) or a gift certificate.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CERTIFICATE? - You can return the item(s) for exchange(s) or a gift certificate.
DAMAGED ITEMS - All items are quality inspected prior to shipment and are shipped insured. We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping. If your package is damaged in shipment, you must save all packing materials and contact the carrier (UPS at 800-PICKUPS, FedEx at 800-GoFedEx (800-463-3339) or DHL at 800-CALL-DHL (800-225-5345) or the US Postal Service) immediately.
Do not return the package back to us. Instead Contact Us and let us know that there is a problem so that we may follow up with the carrier.
Note: All orders older than 14 days will not be accepted (from date of order delivery).
