Whitelist Instructions

Make sure the e-mails you want for special offers, promotions, and discounts are never accidentally deleted as “spam”!

Often ISP (Internet Service Providers) and e-mail services use spam filters that delete mail you’ve actually requested to receive... so you never even see it!

To protect your subscription and ensure deliverability, please whitelist us by adding our address to your list of trusted senders, your contacts, or your address book:
1) Add the domain to your list of approved senders.

2) And use the instructions below to whitelist the following email address from which we send our newsletter:
substitute the word “specials” (without the quotes) for the xxx in the following: - We will refer to this below as “our email address.”

(We write it that way so our real address doesn’t get picked up by spammers.)

Here's how to whitelist us. Select your appropriate Email Service and/or Spam Blocking software shown below and follow the instructions:

Outlook 2003

Because of the various email platforms that can work with Outlook, it is tricky to tell you how to receive all email to your Outlook inbox. We can tell you, however, how to make sure you can see all the emails you receive as they were intended to be seen – with images. If a company is not in your address book or ‘Safe Sander’ list, your HTML images will not display.

  2. Add your email or domain to their approved sender list.
    1. Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML e-mail.
    2. Choose “Change Automatic Download Settings” option.

    4. Click OK.

To add domain to safe sender list:

  1. Right click on a non-displaying image in an HTML email.
  2. Click ‘Add the domain to the safe sender list’ option.
